Melanin Miles are the rewards currency you earn through. You earn 5% of your order value back in Melanin Miles each time you place an order, plus extra Miles for other eligible actions. Icons get 7% back in Miles on every order.

As you move up tiers, you unlock perks like birthday rewards, early access to launches and sales, welcome rewards, gifts and free shipping.
Use your Melanin Miles at checkout on the Uncover website. There is no minimum number of Miles required to redeem.
Yes. You can earn Melanin Miles on all WhatsApp purchases. Your Miles and tier progress sync to your Uncover account, which you can check on the website.
Not yet. You can earn Miles on WhatsApp, but you can currently redeem them only on the Uncover website.
Not at our retail partners. In Kenya, you can earn and redeem Miles on the Uncover website, and only earn them on WhatsApp.
You become Uncover Insider after your first order, Uncover Elite after your third order, and Uncover Icon when you reach KSh 35,000 in qualifying spend within your cycle.
Each tier has a 365-day review period starting from the day you enter that tier. If you reach a higher tier during that period, you enjoy its benefits for the rest of your current 365 days.
Every completed order placed within the calendar year, on the website, WhatsApp, or any Uncover store (Nigeria only). Returned or refunded orders don't count toward your total.
In your Uncover account, anytime — under Rewards.
At the end of your 365-day period, we look at your activity during that period and move you to the tier you qualify for. You can stay where you are, move up or move down.
Each tier has a 365-day review period starting from the day you enter that tier. At the end of it, your activity during those 365 days determines your next tier. Reach KSh 35,000 in qualifying spend to stay or move to Icon. Otherwise, your qualifying orders determine whether you stay Elite or move to Insider.
Yes. Each Melanin Mile expires 365 days after it is earned, so different Miles may have different expiry dates.
You’ll receive miles for following us on Instagram and TikTok. This reward can be claimed only once and is valid for one-time use per customer.
You cannot combine Melanin Miles with another coupon code. They can still be used during site-wide discounts and sale periods where the product price has already been reduced.
Elite members receive 500 Melanin Miles = KSh 500 on their birthday. Icon members receive 1,000 Melanin Miles = KSh 1,000. Make sure your birthday is added to your Uncover profile.

1. Who can join?

Uncover Rewards is free to join for customers in Kenya who have a valid Uncover account.

Your first completed purchase automatically makes you an Uncover Insider.

2. Earning Melanin Miles

You earn 5% of your order value back in Melanin Miles each time you place an order. Icons get 7% back in Miles on every order.

You can also earn additional Miles through activities listed in the Ways to Earn section.

Miles are added once your order is completed. Shipping, taxes, gift cards and the portion of an order paid using Miles do not earn additional Miles.

6. Redeeming Miles

1 Melanin Mile = KSh 1

You can redeem your available Miles at checkout. There is no minimum Miles balance required.

Miles cannot normally be used with another promo code.

7. Miles expiry

Each Melanin Mile expires 365 days after it is earned.

8. Returns and refunds

Miles are only credited after your order is delivered, so undelivered orders won't earn Miles. Returns are handled according to our Returns Policy.

9. Birthday rewards

Elite members receive 500 Melanin Miles on their birthday.

Icon members receive 1,000 Melanin Miles on their birthday.
