When Can I Expect To Receive My Uncover Package
Your Uncover goodies will be delivered the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday (after 3 PM), Saturday & Sunday will be delivered Monday.
Do You Deliver Outside Of Nairobi?
Yes, we deliver to other parts of Kenya at an additional cost of Kes 350.

What Is Your Return Policy?
All returns must be processed within 2 days of receiving the order. To make a return, please contact us on +254793269212 along with your order number and reason for return.
Please note, if you have opened and used the product, we will not be able to issue a refund
How Long Does It Take To Process A Return?
Once your product is returned and received by us, we will refund the full amount via Mpesa. Please note, delivery fees and gift card sales will not be refunded.
What Should I Do If The Product I Received Is Wrong/Damaged?
